Class Descriptions

Cycle - This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Get your sweat on and focus on drills that build power and endurance on the bike and brief, high intensity, bursts that push you to be the best YOU!

Heated Cycle - Studio is warmed to about 85-90 degrees. You should be able tolerate working out in heat for this class.

POUND® - Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

POUND® Unplugged - Blending 20 minutes of high-intensity training using Ripstix® with 10 minutes of rhythmic breathing, mindfulness and meditation, POUND Unplugged will make you sweat, release, and boost neurochemicals before quickly settling back into a peaceful, recharged, and empowered state.

Hot/Heated Yoga - Benefits include: increased flexibility, increase cardiac workout, detoxifying. Studio is warmed to approximately 95-105 degrees with radiant heat. Enjoy a deeper practice of flow and restorative yoga.

Yoga Flow - A dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, asanas with inhales and exhales, creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures along with flexibility , strength and balance.

Yin Yoga - While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Be Still.

Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. You can expect to hold a pose for 5 minutes or more. Sessions are 90 minutes.

Sculpt & Strength - A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve your goals!

Guided Deep Relaxation (Meditation) - Designed for those who need to deeply relax and restore both body and mind. In a comfortable position utilizing the props in the studio (mat, bolster, blanket, etc.), participants will be guided through s a series of meditations and visualizations. You’ll leave powerfully restored and refreshed. All levels are welcome.

Cycle and Sculpt - Get a total body workout in this class...20-25 minutes of heart-pumping spinning will be followed by 15-20 minutes of upper body and core work using hand weights.
